The Alpha Wire INDUSTRIAL SERIES, which includes SERIES F, M, P, L, S and V, combines durability and flexibility into cables that are extremely cost efficient. Available in bulk or cut to length, SERIES F High Performance Flexible Automotive Control Cable is designed to match commonly used circular and rectangular connectors.
• SERIES M High Performance, Stationary Automotive Control Cable is the new solution for static/cable tray applications. SERIES M multiconductor unshielded cable is designed to offer extremely high performance in static applications, particularly where resistance to the oils and chemicals found in most manufacturing environments is essential. Available in bulk or cut to length, SERIES M High Performance Flexible Automotive Control Cable is designed to match the commonly used circular and rectangular connectors.
• SERIES P - Enhanced, High Performance Stationary Automotive Control Cable meets the demand for minimal flex and severe oil and chemical resistant tray cable applications. SERIES P cables offer high performance, specially formulated thermoplastic elastomer jacketing in a high-visibility yellow color. SERIES P cable is also available in orange and black jackets. SERIES P is UL Exposed Run (-ER) compliant, UL Listed Type TC (600 Volt), PLTC Open Wiring (300 Volt), Sunlight Resistant, Oil Resistant I/II and CSA/AWM 600 Volt FT-4 and CE compliant.
• SERIES L - Composite Input/Output Industrial Twinax and Control Cable is ideal for use on PLC controlled automation equipment where data transmission and control power are combined in one cable, therefore reducing weight and cable space. Installation costs are reduced and downtime is significantly reduced in such applications as machine tools, robots, pick-and-place units and conveyor systems. SERIES L cables utilize Belden 9463 Blue Hose™ 300 Volt or Belden YR29281 which is approved for use within Rockwell/Allen Bradley control automation systems. SERIES L is now UL Listed Type TC-ER (600 Volt), PLTC Open Wiring (300 Volt), Direct Burial, Sunlight Resistant, Oil Resistant I and CSA/AWM 300 Volt FT-1 and CE compliant.
• SERIES S Servo Motor Power, Composite, Resolver and Encoder Cables are the industry's newest choice for automated servo system installations and high-flex applications in cable trays, c-tracks, automated handling systems, machine tools, robots, pick and place systems and more. SERIES S cables provide servo signal feedback, and in the case of Composite Servo Cable, signal feedback with servo power in one jacket. SERIES V Enhanced Design VFD cables are designed to provide Drive System reliability to reduce or eliminate downtime. Specially formulated XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene) insulated conductors provide excellent low capacitance and thermoset properties that insure excellent system performance. SERIES V is UL Listed Type TC-ER (600 Volt), UL 1000 Volt Flexible Motor Supply Cable and Exposed Run (-ER) Compliant for use in and outside of cable carrying trays without the use of conduit or expensive metal clad cables, Direct Burial, Sunlight Resistant, CSA AWM I/II A/B 90°C XHHW-2, FT-4 and CE compliant.
