ENGINEERING SPECIFICATION

Cable shall be Alpha Wire Company Alpha Wire INDUSTRIAL SERIES- SERIES S Servo Resolver Cable and Servo Encoder Cable. Resolver cables are manufactured from finely stranded tinned copper conductors in accordance with ASTM-B-33. Encoder cables are manufactured with bare copper conductors in accordance with ASTM-B-33. Conductors shall be insulated with polyolefin and meet the flame test requirements of UL-VW-1. Conductor Insulation shall conform with UL Style 1921 and CSA AWM I A/B. Insulated conductors shall be fully color coded.

Jacketing shall be manufactured from oil resistant Thermoplastic Elastomer conforming to current UL and CSA standards and in compliance with .

Complete cables meet UL Style 20626 and CSA AWM I A/B II A/B FT1 rating requirements, for 300 Volt applications
