XTRA•GUARD® STANDARD-FLEX Control Cable

ENGINEERING SPECIFICATION

Cable shall be Alpha Wire Company XTRA•GUARD® Standard-Flex Control Cable. Manufactured from finely stranded bare copper conductors in accordance with ASTM-B-3. Conductors shall be insulated with premium polyvinylchloride, which meets the UL-VW-1 flame test requirements. Conductor Insulation shall conform with UL Style 10012 and CSA AWM I A/B. Insulated conductors shall be black, numbered white with one yellow/green Ground conductor on the outer layer.

Jacketing shall be manufactured from premium oil resistant flexible polyvinylchloride conforming to current UL and CSA standards and in compliance with CE.

Complete cables meet UL style 2587 and CSA AWM I A/B II A/B FT1 rating requirements, for 600 Volt applications
