As today's computers become faster and more powerful, the need for cables with improved transmission characteristics becomes even more critical. In keeping pace with new computer technology, Alpha WIre has expanded its data cable line to include specialized cable for low capacitance, extended distance transmission. With its unique structure, the Alpha-Byte™ line enables cable pairs to exhibit a lower Dielectric constant - a key electrical charateristic resulting in less loss, lower signal distortion and higher transmission speeds. Suitable for use with EIA RS-232C, RS-422, RS-423, RS-449 interfaces.
