Alpha Wire COVID-19 Letter

To Our Valued Customer and Partner Community:

The COVID-19 pandemic is changing rapidly, and will no doubt continue to do so. Alpha Wire is following the guidance of the CDC and other governmental agencies and taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and partners during these challenging times.

Alpha Wire has also created a Task Force to regularly review the impact of COVID-19 and make the appropriate operational adjustments necessary to help maintain our high standards of service.

Orders and Shipping:
Product orders are still being taken and we will strive to fulfill demand at the same level of service and quality you have come to expect from Alpha Wire. We have limited the on-site staff to those involved in production or shipping. We are closely monitoring our supply chain and taking steps to mitigate any expected disruptions, including increased safety stock orders from key suppliers.

Distancing:
We have limited in-person meetings and travel to reduce the potential spread of coronavirus. We have also instructed employees in all global offices who can work from home to do so. Regardless of where we are working, our commitment to you will remain consistent and strong.

Alpha Wire will continue to closely monitor the effect of COVID-19 and provide you with advance notice of any further impacts and corresponding actions we are taking.
